In shafts wear, we apply metallic alloy at low temperature with shaft rotation. The matrix material gain no tensions and the process becomes fast and economical.
COATINGS
IN SCREW FEEDERS
We apply coatings tungsten carbides or chromium carbides, depending on the purpose. The carbides have a higher hardness ideal to operate under extreme abrasion conditions.
IN VOLUTES
We apply ceramic polymers that allow recovering dimensions, with the advantages of reducing friction and increasing the volute lifetime.
